The Grand Hyatt Washington D.C. welcomes Andrew Salazar, Chef De Cuisine, is the new creative culinary energy behind the trendy Cure Bar & Bistro located in the Penn Quarter area of downtown Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Cure Bar & Bistro, Chef Salazar was at the Hyatt Regency in  Washington DC. Look for new and exciting changes to our menu!

Chef Salazar plans to tap into his roots and take a Western approach to the age-old tradition of curing foods.
